Sarah Elazar was a Head of Security on Talos I. She round up some survivors at Cargo Bay B and provided some Turret defenses except some locked area to prevent Typhon from infiltrating in when the outbreak happens.

If Morgan was under her Command and manage to save her on Cargo Bay B, she will give him commendation.
