Doctor Meng Tsai was a researcher at the Pytheas moonbase during Prey: Mooncrash.

Background[]
Meng Tsai worked in Pytheas Labs as a data analyst and part of the Typhon Sciences staff. She oversaw at least part of the Phantom Genesis experiments carried out on the Volunteers as part of Project Genesis, and emailed Riley Yu about the discouraging results from the tests.
At some other point Meng emailed Gail Stewart about her concerns that a Kasma spy had infiltrated the Labs (she wasn't wrong). Gail did not believe her at first but replied back after hearing of security finding illicit surveillance devices in their offices.

Peter finds Meng dead in the Behavioral Analytics room on Floor 1 of Pytheas Labs. She was most likely caught by surprise and killed by the Typhon. Meng Tsai carries random loot.
