At the start of the game, Maxine hides in the Talos I Lobby IT supply closet. She's one of the four targets that need to be eliminated for Walther Dahl's Showing Initiative quest. During the quest, Maxine is encountered in Life Support Escape Pod Bay, under the control of a Telepath.
