Background[]
Carlos Popinga was a maintenance worker working aboard Talos I. Popinga was attacked by an Operator when he tried to deactivate a malfunctioning lift in Arboretum. He called Patricia Wang to the scene, where used an EMP Charge to neutralize the Operator. Popinga was then sent to Trauma Center with severe burns.
Prey (2017)[]
Morgan Yu finds Popinga mind-controlled by a Telepath in the Crew Quarters. Morgan can either kill or knock Popinga unconscious. He carries a broken cooler fan and spare parts.
