Morgan Yu finds Burton's corpse just outside the Greenhouse in the Arboretum. An email found near the entrance to the greenhouse suggests that a Telepath took control of Burton and then eventually killed her as she tried to get inside the greenhouse. She carries a Suit Repair Kit, Lemon peel, Recycler Charge and 9mm bullets.
