Eddie Voss was a cargo handler on Talos I during Prey (2017).

Background[]
Eddie Voss was assigned to the Cargo Bay. He and Lily Morris ran a smuggling operation aboard Talos I, using safes he installed in fire alarms to hide contraband goods. It started small, with moving harmless goods such as foods or medicines on and off station. However, Lily quickly became more and more ambitious, even conspiring with KASMA Corp to steal TranStar technology and research. This led to Voss having second thoughts about the business, and eventually even confessing to Alex Yu about his involvement in the ring.
Voss worked with Evgeni Charzov to smuggle food, setting a drop point in the ceiling tiles above the Volunteer Quarters in the Neuromod Division. When the outbreak hit, he revealed the location of a stash in Life Support to help his fellow crewmen before running to the Shuttle Bay to evacuate.
Prey (2017)[]
Morgan Yu finds Voss' corpse in the Sky Lounge of the Shuttle Bay near a window blocked with GLOO. He carries a broken cooler fan, spare parts, a TranScribe, and a Psi Hypo. A GLOO Cannon lies near his corpse. Listening to the TranScribe found on his body is a way of starting the Talos Smuggling Ring sidequest if it has not already begun.
A Shotgun and a Chipset can be found underneath a walkway leading to the Life Support Escape Pod Bay as part of a stash he created.
