At some point before outbreak, Anna Goldcrest asked Wade to repair Medical Operator that was sitting on his desk.
Prey (2017)[]
Morgan Yu finds Wade's corpse in the Crew Quarters Cafeteria room which is located on the second floor. Wade can be found near some flipped tables. His missing head suggests that he was turned into a walking bomb by a Telepath. Wade carries test tube sample.
